How Mimir ASM handles customer data.

1. Data we process

Mimir ASM processes account information, workspace configuration, monitored assets, scan results, findings, alerts, remediation actions and billing references needed to provide the service.

2. Security data

Security findings and monitored assets are used to deliver attack surface monitoring, reporting, risk scoring and remediation workflows.

3. Billing data

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. Mimir stores Stripe customer and subscription references, but does not store card numbers.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell customer data. Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure and service providers required to operate the platform.

5. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to monitor domains, assets and infrastructure added to Mimir ASM.
